Arabic Dictation Practice - ح \ هــ - Level 1

Important Instructions:

  1. Listen Carefully:
Press Play and listen to the recording multiple times until you clearly understand every word.
  2. Handwrite in Your Notebook:
Write down exactly what you hear. Be neat and clear.
  3. Don't Peek Early:
The "I'm Done, Show Correction" button will remain disabled until you finish listening.
  4. Structured Self-Correction:
After the correct text appears, count the total number of words. Deduct 0.5 mark for each spelling mistake (wrong letter / extra letter / missing letter) and deduct 1 full mark for each complete word you missed. Then compare what you wrote by hand with the text below. For every word you misspelled, add a row in your notebook with these columns (Spelling Mistakes Rubric). If you have more than five wrong words, continue adding rows as needed:

No. Wrong Word (as you wrote it) Correct Word (from screen) Reason for Mistake (e.g., misheard hamza, confused 'س' \ 'ص', forgot tanwīn, wrong hamza form)
    1
    2
    3
    4
    5
6+ You can add more rows if you have more than five wrong words.
  5. Repeat for Reinforcement:
At the bottom of your notebook page, write each Correct Word from your table 10 times.

Remember: Effective learning comes from your own effort to identify and correct your mistakes.
